Cocktail Recipes

All of my boozy bundt cakes were inspired by a delicious cocktail I've tasted in the past or are one of our own unique cocktail recipes! Once we create a new craft cocktail...then I figure out how to get those flavors into a boozy bundt cake to bake for all of you!

We're sharing the cocktail recipes so you can bartend delicious craft cocktails at home as well! If you need a little more instruction, check out 50Pir8's videos on TikTok.

Irish Mudslide

Add ice to a shaker

1 oz Jameson

1 oz Bailey's

1 oz Kahlua

1/3 cup Breyers Vanilla Bean Ice cream

1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Shake and pour! Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips or syrup

Sunshine Martini

2 oz Coconut Vodka

½ oz Lavender Simple Syrup

½ oz Honey (thinned)

½ oz Lemon Juice

Lemon Garnish

Grasshopper

1 oz Crème de menthe

1 oz Crème de cacao clear

2 oz Half and half, or heavy cream

Twilight Martini

2 oz Blood Orange vodka

½ oz Chambord

1 oz Lemon juice

1 oz Simple syrup

1.5 oz dry red wine

Orange Garnish

Blackberry Sangria

Pitcher:

1 bottle Merlot (or other dry red wine)

½ c Blackberry Brandy

½ c Simple syrup

½ c Orange Juice

1 ½ c Cran-Blackberry juice

Garnish: Frozen Blackberries or Berry Mix

Chocolate "O" Martini

1 oz Whipped Cream Vodka

1 oz Chocolate Vodka

1 oz Crème de Cacao

1 oz Bailey's

Chocolate syrup or ganache to rim glass then gold/silver sugar rim

Pir8 Punch

Caution...this one is STRONG, folks! This is a family favorite for our beachside or poolside vacations!

1oz white rum

1oz dark rum

1oz spiced rum

3oz orange juice

3oz pina colada juice (we use Tropicana)

Grenadine splash

Strawberry Mimosa

2 cups orange juice fresh squeezed

1/2 cup fresh strawberries

Blend these until smooth

1 bottle champagne- Prosecco (chilled)

Blueberry Moscato Lemonade

1 oz Lemon Juice

1 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup

Shake until blended, pour in glass

Fill glass the rest of the way with Moscato

Top with fresh blueberries

Kahlua Cream (aka Toasted Almond)

2 oz Kahlua

2 oz Amaretto

4 oz milk or half & half

Espresso Martini

2 oz Espresso Vodka

1/2 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz espresso freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)

1/2 oz simple syrup

Garnish: coffee beans

Crown Apple Orchard

Fresh Apple Cider Warmed

2 oz Crown Royal Apple Whisky

Ganish: Cinnamon Stick

The Pir8

2oz Cruzan Island Spiced Rum

Coca-Cola

Lime Squeeze and garnish

Banana Daiquiri

2 oz Cruzan Light Rum

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

3/4 oz banana liqueur

1 oz pineapple juice

*Add ice and mix in blender

Key Lime Coconut Margarita

Garnish rim with toasted coconut

3 oz cream of coconut

2 oz Reposado Tequila

1 ounce Grand Marnier

1 oz freshly squeezed key lime juice about 2 limes

Shake and pour over ice
